The fully automatic stacking machine is a new product innovated independently by our company. It can adapt to the different demands of customers: 1. Stacking low carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and galvanized pipes with size range φ30-140mm 2. Stacking of round, square, rectangular and some heterotype pipes. 3. Shaping hexagonal, square & rectangular and some heterotype bundles. 4. Can adjust the packing speed according to the tube mill speed.

(3) Improves product quality. No collisions, eliminates indentations.

(4) The rotary arm action is controlled by a frequency converter, with soft start and soft stop, suitable for round and rectangular tubes. The contact part between the rotating arm and the steel pipe is made of polyurethane material, and there are no scratches on the surface of the steel pipe.
