 . Overview

 This product is suitable for the separately-provided oil cycling lubricating system of machinery equipment used in metallurgy, heavy machinery, mines and so on. The viscosity of its working medium is N22-N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22-460) industrial lubricating oil and tube-type oil cooler is employed as the cooling unit.

 The PN of oil lubricating unit is 0.63MPa; filtering accuracy at the low viscosity is 0.08mm and that at high viscosity is 0.12mm; temperature of cooling water ≤30°C; pressure of cooling water <0.4MPa; the temperature decrease of lubricating oil is ≥8°C when feeding temperature of cooler is 50°C; Vapor pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa; pressure at pump mouth should be larger than 0.63MPa.

 XHZ-6.3~XHZ-125 small sized oil lubricating unit leaves the factory in whole; XHZ-150~ XHZ-500 medium sized oil lubricating unit leaves the factory with packing of different parts; XHZ-630~2000 and XHZ-630A~2000A (add “A” if with pressure tank) large sized oil lubricating unit are supplied in parts and in sets which are welded and assembled on site.

  . Working principle 

 The working principle of this oil lubricating unit is as follows:

 The oil liquid discharged by oil pump is directly delivered to each lubricating point through one-way valve, cut-off valve, double-cylinder netting filter and oil cooler and flows back to oil tank after filtering along the oil returning main pipeline. The PN of pump is 0.63MPa (i.e. the max pressure of pump outlet) and the oil supply pressure of oil lubricating unit is 0.5MPa (i.e. pressure at oil outlet). The air pressure of the oil lubricating unit equipped with pressure tank is 0.5-0.6MPa.

 In normal running, a gear pump works and another is at standby. Change-over switch is used to control it for the purpose of its alternative use. Button switch is used to start and stop. Safety valve is equipped at the output end of pump to avoid the overload of oil pump. The starting pressure of this pump is 0.63MPa. The system pressure is controlled by pressure switch. When system pressure achieves the normal set value, the main pump starts. When system pressure is lower than certain set value, the standby pump will start automatically. When system pressure is lower than the minimum set value, low pressure fault alarming signal will be sent, forcing the main pump to stop for troubleshooting.
 

Ⅲ . Structural features

 1. There is a pressure difference signal device on the double-cylinder filter. When the pressure difference at the inlet or outlet of filter exceeds 0.10-0.15MPa, pressure difference signal device sends an alarming signal to inform of  switching the working filtering cylinder for the purpose of washing or replacing filtering screen (This device is designed in front of cooler, and maybe more suitable when oil viscosity is relatively higher.).

 2. There is a direct-reading temperature gauge and a solenoid water valve at the water inlet of cooler which are used to observe water temperature and control the on-off of cooling water. There is an electric contact, temperature gauge and temperature control device at the oil outlet of system for the purpose of controlling the temperature of working oil; when the oil temperature at outlet is higher than certain set value, solenoid water valve opens automatically and cooler starts working until the oil temperature returns to be normal. If the cooler has started working, the oil temperature of system achieves the max, temperature control device sends overheat alarming signal. When the cooler requires replacing or repairing, the inlet and outlet valve of cooler can be closed and open bypass valve so that oil liquid will be directly sent to each lubricating point without passing the cooler.

 3. There are two electric contact gauges and two liquid level switches on the oil tank. When the oil temperature in the oil tank is lower than certain set temperature, the electric heater is powered on or vapor valve opens to heat the oil liquid until the oil temperature is normal. When the oil temperature in the oil tank is lower than the set minimum pressure, oil pump will not start and it is required to heat the oil liquid in oil tank. When the liquid level is at the upper limit or lower limit, liquid level switch will send alarming signal. 4. The unit with “A” after model number is the unit with pressure tank. In the case of accident or sudden power cut, the oil liquid conserved in the pressure tank may supply oil to system for a short time as temporary pressurized oil source. But it should be noted that the general one-way valve on pressure tank should be installed horizontally and never downward (Upward installation is permitted for the relatively smaller swing type one-way valve).

 5. Electric control cabinet and instrument board should be equipped for the convenience of observing running parameters which may realize automated control and failure alarming.
