Communisis provides brand-building services to P&G including managing point-of-purchase store merchandising and direct-to-consumer marketing.
The managed services provider has seen a huge jump in overseas sales in recent years, now accounting for 18% of total group sales of £270m.
Shares in the outsourcing company were trading up 2.4% at 67.06p Tuesday morning.
