Turkey Exported Rebar in January,Falling by 29% M-O-M

Turkey exported 553,202 tons of rebar in January, falling by 29% year on year and decreasing by 11.6% year on year, according to statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

Meanwhile, the country’s export revenues generated by rebar totaled US$325.3 million in January, decreasing by 29.4% month on month and falling by 18.5% year on year.

In January, the US imported 13,521 tons of rebar from Turkey, slumping by 88.9% from a month ago and decreasing by 73.7% year on year.
